Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos is one of the most well-known and spectacular beaches, not just in the country but in the world. It is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen, and features stunning sunsets.
It is located on Providenciales, the largest island in Turks and Caicos, on the northeast coast. About three miles long, it’s part of the Princess Alexandra National Park.
Lined with luxury resorts like Beaches Turks and Caicos, Grace Beach is still a pristine paradise. It features bright white sand and clear, calm turquoise water that is protected by a barrier reef offshore. It is fortunate in that it doesn’t tend to get seaweed, and there are no rocks.
In addition to the resorts, there are also plenty of beachfront restaurants.

Grace Bay Beach has won multiple awards multiple times, including World’s Best Beach from TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Awards and World’s Leading Beach Destination from the World Travel Awards.
It was named after the wife of the Commissioner of Turks and Caicos from 1933-34.
As well as lounging in the sun, Grace Bay Beach offers plenty of things to do, including:
- Snorkeling
- Boat trips
- Scuba diving
- Parasailing
- Kayaking
- Paddleboarding
- Swimming
- Hobie Cat sailing
