During our latest stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos, we were looking forward to stopping by JoJo’s Java and Yoyo’s Frozen Yogurt, two of the resort’s newest and most fun spots for quick bites and sweet treats.

These casual additions are located near the heart of the resort and are perfect for when I want something refreshing between meals or after spending hours in the sun on Grace Bay Beach.
We stayed in the Italian Village, which is closest to these two new eateries.

JoJo’s Java quickly became my go-to morning stop. Each day I would get a Caramel latte. They will do both hot or iced, so I would switch between the two.

They have a menu of coffee drinks available, but they also have Caramel sauce, chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut syrup when I was there, which were not on the menu.
These are legit espresso machines and freshly ground coffee, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the drink compared to the more prevalent automatic espresso machines.
They also have pastries and light bites that make it easy to grab breakfast on the go before heading out for the day. I liked the donut holes they had.

I would grab a coffee and a treat some days and it would keep me satisfied until the rest of the family was ready to go to breakfast.
Yoyo’s Frozen Yogurt was also a daily stop for us, sometimes twice a day.
The flavors rotate somewhat from day to day, but there’s usually a mix of fruity and creamy options, and the toppings bar has everything from fresh fruit to chocolate chips and sprinkles.

We appreciate that there is a staff member there to serve the toppings so everything stays clean and sanitary.
I also love how these two spots tie into the local charm of Turks & Caicos. The “JoJo” name is a nod to JoJo the Dolphin, a wild Atlantic bottlenose dolphin who has become something of a local legend around the islands. It’s a fun, meaningful connection to the destination, and I appreciate that Beaches keeps that bit of island culture alive in a small but thoughtful way.

Together, JoJo’s Java and Yoyo’s help make Beaches Turks & Caicos feel even more complete. With so many restaurants and bars, it might seem like the last thing the resort needs is another place to eat, but these spots fill a real gap for quick, casual options that don’t require sitting down for a full meal.
Whether I’m craving a morning latte or an afternoon frozen yogurt, they’ve become part of my daily routine whenever I’m at the resort. It’s those little touches, the ones that make a big resort feel comfortable and personal, that keep me coming back.
