This three-story private villa delivers a luxurious experience that’s great for large families and groups, with more than 2500 square feet over three stories.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and three outdoor spaces. It sleeps up to 10 people.
On the first level is the open living area, which contains a sectional sofa, chairs, coffee table, HD Smart TV. Through a breakfast bar with stools, it’s open to the kitchen, which has all full-size appliances: refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, plus coffeemaker and tea kettle, along with granite countertops. There is also a separate dining room with a full-size dining table and chairs off of the living room.

The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, a sleeper chair, a desk and chair, HD Smart TV, closet, and ensuite bath with a granite vanity and a shower/tub combination. There is a door that opens into the hall so others can access the bathroom without going through the bedroom. Also in the hall is a closet with a washer and dryer.
The first outdoor space is the covered front porch off the living room, which has a lounger and a table and chairs.
The other three bedrooms are all on the second floor. The master suite has a king bed, sleeper loveseat, writing desk, HD Smart TV, and walk-in closet plus an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, oversized jetted tub, and walk-in shower. A covered balcony off the master bedroom has a lounger and table and chairs.
The third bedroom has two double beds, HD Smart TV, and closet. It does not have an ensuite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has a king bed, HD Smart TV, closet, and an ensuite bath with single vanity and shower/tub combination. There is a door to the hallway in this bathroom so the guests staying in the third bedroom can access it as well.
The third floor features a sitting area with a sofa. This leads out to a covered porch with two chairs, a table, and wonderful ocean views.
Because this is a butler suite, it comes with a private car transfer from the airport, private check-in in your suite, 24-hour inroom dining, robes and slippers, and personal butler service. Your team of butlers will take care of all your needs plus arrange special extras, doing things like helping unpack, making dinner reservations and spa arrangements, turning down and making up beds, reserving chairs by the beach and pool, bringing you snacks and drinks throughout the day, booking excursions, and more.

The Key West Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos
The most peaceful of the six villages at Beaches Turks & Caicos, the Key West Village was originally a separate resort so it is more secluded. It’s also close to the beach, so this is a favorite area for many families.
Although you will only find concierge or butler-level accommodations here, there are a variety of room types and sizes including luxury suites with private pools. Rates in this village can be higher than some other areas due to the nicer offerings.
There are three restaurants in this village, all with outdoor seating and ocean views, including our favorite choice for breakfast, Neptune’s. There is only one bar, near the Bayside restaurant and the infinity pool.
Amenities in the Key West Village include tennis courts, a croquet lawn, and a quiet stretch of beach. The adults-only pool is located here, and there are two other small pools as well.
Italian Village
The Italian Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos is a vibrant, family-friendly hub located right next to the Key West Village. This is where you will go for a larger pool.
Guests staying here are just steps from top restaurants like Mario’s, an Italian buffet inspired by a Tuscan wine cellar, and Bobby Dee’s, a retro diner kids love for its burgers, milkshakes, and fun atmosphere. You’ll also find the swim-up bar, Bella Napoli Pizzeria, and quick access to the Pirate’s Island Waterpark. The Italian Village is perfect for families who want spacious accommodations and to be close to the resort’s best amenities, all wrapped in a fun, energetic vibe.
