On the first level is the living area, which contains a trundle with daybed, chairs, coffee table, HD Smart TV, and large dining table. Through a breakfast bar with stools, it’s open to the kitchen, which has all full-size stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, plus coffeemaker and tea kettle, along with granite countertops. There is a breakfast nook with a round table seating 4 in the kitchen, which also has a separate entry door for the villa’s butler team.
Off of the living room is the first of the outdoor spaces, a front covered porch with a lounger, two chairs, and a small table.
The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, HD Smart TV, and closet. The ensuite bath has a single vanity, plenty of storage, and a shower/tub combination. There is a door to the hall as well so others staying downstairs can access the bathroom without going through the bedroom. This hall also has a closet with a washer and dryer in it.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed, HD Smart TV, and closet, plus an ensuite bath with single vanity and shower/tub combination. The spacious master suite has a king bed, sleeper chair, desk and chair, HD Smart TV, and closet, with an ensuite bath containing a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Another balcony is off of the master suite, with a lounger, two chairs, and a small table. On the third level, you’ll find a butler’s pantry with sink, microwave, and minifridge, as well as a large open-air covered veranda containing a table and chairs. Some of these villas have a sunroom on the third level instead.
Because this is a butler suite, it comes with a private car transfer from the airport, private check-in in your suite, 24-hour inroom dining, robes and slippers, and personal butler service. Your team of butlers will take care of all your needs plus arrange special extras, doing things like helping unpack, making dinner reservations and spa arrangements, turning down and making up beds, reserving chairs by the beach and pool, bringing you snacks and drinks throughout the day, booking excursions, and more.

The Key West Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos
The most peaceful of the six villages at Beaches Turks & Caicos, the Key West Village was originally a separate resort so it is more secluded. It’s also close to the beach, so this is a favorite area for many families.
Although you will only find concierge or butler-level accommodations here, there are a variety of room types and sizes including luxury suites with private pools. Rates in this village can be higher than some other areas due to the nicer offerings.
There are three restaurants in this village, all with outdoor seating and ocean views, including our favorite choice for breakfast, Neptune’s. There is only one bar, near the Bayside restaurant and the infinity pool.
Amenities in the Key West Village include tennis courts, a croquet lawn, and a quiet stretch of beach. The adults-only pool is located here, and there are two other small pools as well.
Italian Village
The Italian Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos is a vibrant, family-friendly hub located right next to the Key West Village. This is where you will go for a larger pool.
Guests staying here are just steps from top restaurants like Mario’s, an Italian buffet inspired by a Tuscan wine cellar, and Bobby Dee’s, a retro diner kids love for its burgers, milkshakes, and fun atmosphere. You’ll also find the swim-up bar, Bella Napoli Pizzeria, and quick access to the Pirate’s Island Waterpark. The Italian Village is perfect for families who want spacious accommodations and to be close to the resort’s best amenities, all wrapped in a fun, energetic vibe.
