The Seaside One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite at Beaches Turks & Caicos is located on the first, second, and third floors of the Salt Cay Villas in the Seaside Village.
This part of the resort is very close to the beach, although these particular suites have tropical garden and pool views (there can be a partial ocean view from some of the upper floor suites).
We highly recommend this for small families or groups as one of our favorite suites. It doesn’t feel like a typical hotel room and having the separate bedroom gives everyone more space. We also like the balconies that allow for additional seating.

This suite and sleeps up to 5 people in a separate living room and bedroom. The living room has a mahogany daybed with trundle, chair, bistro set, HD Smart TV, and a wet bar with sink, minifridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and tea kettle. You can add a rollaway bed as well, if needed.
The bedroom has a mahogany king bed, HD Smart TV, closet, and chair. The ensuite bathroom features a sunken soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

The outdoor spaces can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. Suites that are on the first floor have furnished patios that provide walkout access. Suites on the second and third floor have furnished balconies.
Because this is a Concierge level suite, it comes with upgrades like express check-in, access to the Concierge Lounge, robes in the room, and concierge service to help you make reservations for dinner, spa activities, and excursions. The suite is stocked with water, soda, juice, local beer, Robert Mondavi wine, and premium liquor.
The rates currently start at $826 per adult per night plus $54 per child per night. The room code is G1.

The Seaside Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos
One of six villages at Beaches Turks & Caicos, the Seaside Village is centrally located right along the shore, in front of the Caribbean Village and between the Italian and Treasure Beach Villages. Renovated in 2021, it is really the oceanfront part of the Caribbean Village and shares its amenities and lively vibe.
These include 2 pools and a whirlpool, 6 restaurants, 5 bars, including a swim-up bar at the larger Cascades Pool, a boardwalk and gazebos along the beach, basketball and shuffleboard courts, and easy access to the beach and complimentary watersports. This area is also near the Kids Camp.
While we always gravitate towards the beach, there are two pools here, including one with a swim-up bar.
You’re also close to several popular dining options, including Arizona’s, a Tex-Mex restaurant by day that transforms into a steakhouse at night, and Reflections, the resort’s main buffet restaurant.
Near the Seaside Village
We love the central location of the Seaside village since it is close to the French, Italian, Caribbean and Treasure Beach Villages.
French Village
The French Village is located near the resort’s Pirate’s Island Waterpark, which is a huge hit with kids of all ages. You’ll also find several dining options here, including Café de Paris where we went every morning for a latte, and Le Petit Château, a French restaurant with a fine dining atmosphere. This is also where an entertainment stage is located for nighttime shows and games.
Caribbean Village
Most people think of the Caribbean Village and the Seaside Village as the same since the Caribbean Village is just one building if you divide the two.
Treasure Beach (Coming Soon)
Treasure Beach is an exciting new addition under development at Beaches Turks & Caicos. It’s designed to blend fun and relaxation with a fresh, modern coastal feel—perfect for multigenerational families.
Highlights will include:
- An open-air lobby with direct views of Grace Bay
- A 32-seat cinema
- Blüm Coffee Shop
- Pinta Food Haul, a food truck-style dining area
- Butch’s Chophouse, a premium steakhouse
- A massive 15,000 sq. ft. infinity-edge pool
