Seaside One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Beaches Turks & Caicos is a top-rated family-friendly all-inclusive resort in Providenciales. The Seaside One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite is located in the Seaside Village, which is one of six different areas in the resort.

These suites have recently been renovated and have a fresh tropical design. They are located on the first and second floors of the Salt Cay Villas, close to the beach, and feature tropical garden views from their patios or balconies. These private outdoor spaces have comfortable furnishings, and the ground floor patios offer walk-out access to the gardens and beach.

The suites are quite large and sleep up to 5 people. They have a separate bedroom with plush king bed and access to the outdoor space; a living room with seating and a Murphy bed in the wall; a fully stocked wet bar with a microwave, a minifridge with water, juice, soda, local beers, Robert Mondavi wine, and premium liquor; and a spa-like bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, dual control walk-in rain shower, and dual vanity.

Their category is S1.

The Seaside One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite price ranges throughout the year but is currently $806 per adult per night and $54 per child per night.

All Concierge suites come with private check-in; concierge service which can assist you with dinner reservations, spa appointments, and other issues; and access to a dedicated lounge. Like all accommodations at Beaches resorts, they also come with complimentary roundtrip airport transfers.

The Seaside Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos

One of six villages at Beaches Turks & Caicos, the Seaside Village is centrally located right along the shore, in front of the Caribbean Village and between the Italian and Treasure Beach Villages. Renovated in 2021, it is really the oceanfront part of the Caribbean Village and shares its amenities and lively vibe.

These include 2 pools and a whirlpool, 6 restaurants, 5 bars including a swim-up bar at the larger Cascades Pool, a boardwalk and gazebos along the beach, basketball and shuffleboard courts, and easy access to the beach and complimentary watersports. This area is also near the Kids Camp.

Nearby Villages

One reason we love the Seaside Village is its central location within the Caribbean Village.

While the French Village itself is more peaceful and set back from the beach, it still offers plenty, including the charming Café de Paris for coffee and pastries, and the elegant Le Petit Château for upscale French cuisine. Its quieter atmosphere makes it a relaxing place to stay, while still being conveniently connected to the resort’s most exciting amenities.

Head the other direction and you’re near the lively Italian Village, known for its large family suites, beachfront pool, and popular dining options like Mario’s and Bobby Dee’s. Just beyond that, the upcoming Treasure Beach Village promises to bring an exciting new experience to the resort, with oceanview suites, a massive infinity pool, a food truck dining area, and elevated amenities designed for modern family luxury. While the French Village offers a quieter retreat, its location gives you easy access to some of the most dynamic parts of the resort.
