The Treasure Beach Village in Beaches Turks & Caicos
Scheduled to open in March 2026, the all-new Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos is located along the beach next to the Seaside and Caribbean Villages.
Featuring a contemporary Caribbean design and aimed at providing luxurious and comfortable spaces for multigenerational families to gather, Treasure Beach Village will have 101 suites, all 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom villas. They will offer ocean views, large gathering spaces, bright interiors, a coastal color palette, 24-hour room service, and wonderful outdoor spaces.
The village will also add 7 new dining options, including a Butch’s Steakhouse, a casual food hall, and a coffee café that turns into a cocktail bar at night. The centerpiece of the village will be a 15,000-square-foot infinity edge lagoon pool with water slides and a swim-up bar.
There will also be family cabanas and a 32-seat cinema, which is a completely new offering for Beaches resorts.
Nearby the Treasure Beach Village
The Treasure Beach Village is located on the far end of Beaches Turks & Caicos, tucked alongside the Caribbean Village and just a short walk from the French Village. Its position gives it a unique blend of peaceful beachfront relaxation with close access to some of the resort’s most established and well-loved areas. Guests staying in Treasure Beach will enjoy a quieter corner of the resort, while still being just steps away from popular restaurants, pools, and family-friendly activities.
Right next door is the Caribbean Village, one of the original sections of the resort, known for its laid-back island vibe and unbeatable beachfront location. This village is home to Schooners, a casual seafood restaurant with a beautiful oceanfront setting, and Reflections, a convenient buffet offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Caribbean Village also features a large pool, the resort’s main entertainment stage, and easy beach access, making it a lively but comfortable option for families who want a more traditional Caribbean experience.
Just a short stroll inland from Treasure Beach is the French Village, which offers a quieter, garden-like atmosphere with European charm. While it’s not located on the beach, the French Village is conveniently positioned near the Pirate’s Island Waterpark, one of the most popular attractions at the resort for kids and teens. It also features Café de Paris, a cozy patisserie perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon crepe, and Le Petit Château, an elegant French restaurant for a more refined dining experience. With its peaceful ambiance and easy access to both fun and food, the French Village is a hidden gem that complements the exciting new vibe of Treasure Beach.
